Report

At the moment there is a mill house with a two-floored extension on the property. Under the terms of this project, the mill house should be taken down and replaced by new buildings.

All houses have a simple matter on the floor projection of an elongated rectangle. They have saddle roof with dormers. Houses are two-floored with habitable lofts. The proposal contains two basic types of houses. First type (houses A & C) contains flats sized from one to three rooms. There is a basement designed beneath the houses with parking places for the whole area. First floor and gables are formed by plastered masonry in a light grey shade. The frontage of second floor is a wooden frame construction with wooden stuffing in a light shade. Second type (houses B & D) contains flats with one and two rooms. Houses have two floors. House B has also a habitable semi-basement. Both objects are covered by vertically laid wooden boards in a light shade. The semi-basement of the house B is covered by stone of the same type as the underpinning of the current object. Both roofs and windows are identical for all houses. Roofing consists of black fibre-cement pantiles (Cembrit – Czech pantiles). Windows have wooden frames. There are 24 flats planned for the first stage of the project and 21 flats for the second stage, all of them from one to three rooms.
